Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on dyed tights and socks due to the nature of the items.  Apparel is returnable/exchangeable.  Please fill out the Order Assistance form here and we will be in touch with a return label if your order is eligible. Items will need to be in the original packaging and unworn with tags within 14 days of purchase for a full refund/exchange.

 How should I care/wash for hand-dyed garments?

Wash your hand-dyed items alone for the first wash before wearing garments. Wash alone and wash in cold water helps keep the colors vibrant and bright. This also prevents anything from getting on your other clothing. Tumble dry on low. All shirts and graphic designs should be washed inside out in cold water. 


All hand-dyed items are dyed in small batches to assure the garments are evenly dyed and vibrant. With that being said, there are slight variances from one batch to another batch. This is very important to keep in mind before ordering and because we are a hand dyed shop — this is unavoidable.  Also keep in mind that some styles take to the dye different then other styles. There is something unique about having a shade that is exclusive to your order.

Our apparel is manufactured by seamstresses around the world. If you have any questions regarding fabric, style, sizing on all apparel, please email us and we would be happy to help!


Can I cancel my order my order?

Two hours after purchase you are welcome to make changes or cancel your order.

If USPS loses your package, we will issue you a store credit if the postal service has not provided any assistance with locating the package. Keep in mind that USPS should issue a refund within 30 days if no movement has been made on your package. Please contact via police report/USPS claim for all stolen packages before reaching out to us.  If you can provide this to our shop, we will issue store credit.

Should you wish to order expedited shipping, we can accommodate that through either USPS Express Mail or Fed Ex, depending on your location. Always check with us prior to ordering.
